I'm trying to buy this router from April when the marketing was scheduled for May, then the online stores have slid it in June, then August and now September. But does this product really exist?

So I pre-ordered this unit back in May, after much digging, the best I could find is that the tri-band model is lacking FCC certification. Not sure why or if that is really the case but it stands to reason that it is the reason the router has yet to be released. I ended up canceling my pre-order and going with the AX12 dual band and I have to say I am extremely happy I did. I recently switched to streaming TV and with all the other wireless devices I have throughout the house my old Asus router couldn't keep up. The AX12 handles everything perfectly and I get better range, still wifi 6 and still get 12 streams. I say save yourself the couple of hundred bucks and do what I did.

Will this be longer ranch then the nighthawk r8000 triband wifi router?
