Will this product work with windows 7???

Just go to the product page and click on the Specifications tab. You'll find the information there. This wireless adapter works with Microsoft Windows 7, XP, Vista: (32/64-bit). I have this adapter installed on a Windows 7 Professional 64-bit operating system and it works flawlessly. Be sure and download the latest drivers from Netgear before installing the adapter.

Has anyone tried this on a desktop (and what were the results/your impression)?

I bought this item in Oct for my Pc, it replaced a old wifi card, and its the best i had on my pc for the price. Its tiny, and it's fast, as long as your WIFI router supports wireless N. I did noticed a increase in speed with this lil guy. hope this helps.
