can you use WNCE2001 to connect your phone internet hotspot to your Netgear router and thus have internet available over router network?

I didn't have much luck using this device. I wanted to use it as an Ethernet source for a stereo receiver. It's now sitting in my junk box.

Will this support connection to an Ethernet switch in order to support/connect multiple devices to the Wi-Fi network?

This device has DHCP, so my guess is yes it could work well with a switch. Currently, I have it set up with a merger router/hub (with DHCP) and disabled the wnce's DHCP and it works great... My AT&T MIFI provides Internet to all my devices connected to the router/hub.

How can I enter the WAP password on this device?  I can't imagine the "N connect" feature working with an ASUS Router.

I was hooking it up to a TV.  What I recall is that after the device sees the WiFi network I downloaded software onto a lap top and could enter the password to the adapter.  Hope that helps.

Not wake on wireless lan. It connects via an Ethernet port. So wake on lan maybe.
