I do not seem to have working bluetooth with this device on Windows 11 home or Ubuntu Desktop 24.04. Is there a driver I need or a known issue? Can you please help?

These cards to my knowledge need to have a connection from the WiFi card to the F_USB slot on your motherboard, you should check that.
