Will this product work with my Mac mini?

I have an old macbook and it works with no issues. My daughter  did have to download software and mess with it for a while but after that we never had to do anything else. Its a good wifi adapter. Plenty of range and its fast enough.

Question 2

Will this pull in a stronger public wifi signal at the campgrounds? Th park in a campsite close to the hotspot is noisy and nect to shoerhouse and playground, i want to be deeper into the woods

It does have a stronger signal pull than most but you will need a clear line of sight for optimum signal. Trees and buildings will interfere with your signal regardless of the device. So depending on how deep you go your signal will fade, this antenna may be your best option. I would try it.

Will this work with Windows 8.1?

Yes. I run mine under WIndows 8.1 and it installed without any trouble.

Question 4

I want to use this product with external 8 dbi antennas instead of the attached antennas. What is the connector type on the module for the antenna cable?

The antennas are detachable just unscrew the 5 dBi antennas and screw your 8dBi antennas on.

Does this antenna work with OS X Yosemite?  Seems like most of the units like this one only go to 10.8.. please advise.

Not sure. Have only used it with Linux mint but the driver is not functional you must query Github for a reworked driver that works perfectly. Wireless adapter works very good

It appears they have an available driver for OS X 10.10 on the manufacturer web site. netis-systems look at the product downloads for NETIS WF-2116

Question 6

I would like to covert an old Dell Pentium III Computer using XP as OS to a wireless adapter. Not knowing which adapter would work the best for this old computer my sister would like to us instead of running a new phone line to were the computer is and they have a wireless router from Centurylink. Can any help me out I'm looking at NETIC WF-2116 which I think would receive the signal better then a card adapter? Thanks for your help in advance.

a WiFi internal card will only require drivers for the card, 
a usb wifi stick requires a USB port that has drivers
that can handle the device working THROUGH it, 
as well as the drivers that actually enable the device

check the cards website for
XP drivers before you buy it and you'll be fine

I tried to install a netis WF-2116 on a Dell  I15RV-954BLK running Windows 8. Crashes when wi-fi source is added to profile. Any Ideas?

I got this usb wifi fora computer that is running windows 7. Windows automatically detected it and I didn't have to install any software or drivers, it worked right away. We have been using it for a week now and thebeen as been no problems with it. I have never used windows 8 so I can't help you. Sorry.
