Use Tips:

1.If Your HDMI Source Device (like XBox, PS5) supports 8K, please use an 8K HDMI 2.1 cable to connect 8K HDMI Source Device & HDMI switch & display, since HDMI cable 2.0 (or below HDMI 2.0) isn't enough to support the resolution of 8K (4096*2160).

2.If your HDMI cable is not HDMI cable 2.1, you could adjust the resolution on your HDMI Source device to 4k or 1080P to match the specification of your HDMI cable, Or use the proper HDMI cable to connect.
