NIO 51 is an industrial Wi-Fi gateway designed for reliable wireless communication and data integration in automated industrial environments. It supports serial-to-Ethernet communication and wireless networking to enable seamless connectivity between industrial devices and control systems.
Equipped with dual-band 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi radios, NIO 51 supports EZ Mesh technology to establish a flexible wireless mesh network. This allows devices to form a distributed wireless infrastructure without complex wiring, supporting mobile and dynamic industrial deployments such as autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) and automated guided vehicles (AGVs).
NIO 51 integrates isolated serial interfaces and Ethernet connectivity, enabling Modbus RTU to TCP communication for industrial equipment. It is designed to support remote monitoring and data acquisition while maintaining stable wireless performance in environments with signal interference and physical movement.
With an industrial-grade design and wide-range DC power input, NIO 51 is suitable for factory automation, warehouse logistics, and mobile industrial applications requiring reliable wireless connectivity and protocol integration.
