Pros: This fan adapter was exactly what I needed. My old eMachines case didn't have any options for a front intake fan but I managed to find some pre-cut holes that matched an 80mm fan pattern. Throw on this adapter and I have a nice 120mm intake fan that really improves the airflow into an otherwise crippled case.
Cons: The holes are made to adapt fans both ways so I did have trouble trying to use silicon fan mounts to secure the fan. Eventually got it to work but it wasn't the "right" way.
Overall Review: If you have the space to place a fan but don't have the mounts for it, this is your saving grace.
Pros: I didnt expect much for the price, but was very happy with the quality of the materials.
Overall Review: Used as an adapter to convert a CPU heat sink from a 78mm fan to 120. just had to drill new holes for the smaller fan sizes.

Overall Review: Worked perfectly on the side panel in my HEC 6K28BB8F MicroATX computer case, which only has 92MM fan mounts. When paired with my XIGMATEK XLF-F1254 120MM fan, it brought ambient case tempuratures down by 5°C to 10°C. Very good value to perticular people who look for a quality build instead of flimsy, crude rigs.
Pros: Works awesome as a shroud / duct to direct air to back of GPU. Installed on 120mm fan which I zip tied to HDD rack. The smaller 80mm end is pointing to GPU inlet. Lower GPU temp in crossfire was previously excessive; with set-up noted, the lower GPU temp now close to upper GPU temp. Both GPU's have noticeable reduction in temperature.
Overall Review: Would recommend as a shroud to direct airflow to back of GPU if you want or need to lower GPU temperature. Only modification necessary was to open mounting holes on 120mm side to allow screw to pass through the adapter to thread / bolt onto fan. Intended use is to use small diameter provided screws through fan to bolt fan onto adaptor, but for my set-up, heads interfered with flush mount to HDD rack. Used zip ties through 80mm side to mount to HDD rack.
My case is a haf x. Fan zip tied to HDD rack is in a location similar to corsair c70 stock fan mount location (middle of case, not at front of case). With my haf x and 5870's in crossfire, 80mm side of duct is about an inch from the back of the GPU's.
Same set-up without duct made little to no difference in GPU temperatures as air was not directed properly. Duct / Shroud ( this adaptor) caused air from fan to be more of a directed stream of air; without the duct the air was diffused an ineffective.
Pros: its an adapter that's it's job and gee that's what it does.

Pros: Allowed me to mount a Rosewill 120mm fan to a 92mm bracket on a cpu heat sink (Hyper TX2).
Cons: Price. But I bought it, so that's not an egg off.
Overall Review: The 120mm fan mounted to this adapter wouldn't fit in my system due to my giant chipset heatsink; certainly not the fault of this adapter. However, please be certain that a 120mm fan will actually fit into whatever area you plan to place the assembly. Seems self apparent in hindsight...

- My case is very stylish with what looks to be like a giant protruding cone of death extending of the rear of the case.
Cons: - Hardware didn't fit either my fan or my case
Overall Review: - The engineer who designed this thing should be working at NASA, a thing of beauty such as this should not go without merit.
- I had to go pick up some of my own hardware to make this work, but hey at 7 cents a screw who can complain.
