what power supply do I need for two of these fan installed next to each other?

Ideally, you would run them with a simple "Y" cable from a PWM output connector on the motherboard.  This allows the motherboard to adapt their speed in tandem.

If your setup is not running them from a motherboard "PWM" output, then again I would parallel them. But in this setup, you can adjust both speeds by changing the supplied DC voltage to them.

Each fan is rated for 0.30 amperes of current. This amount is only needed at 12V supplied to each fan, and is a maximum. The current needed goes down when they are supplied a lower DC voltage.

the Ultra was not PWM fan so this is a little different... but still quiet when not on turbo mode
