Yes. Enter a 6-digit code directly on the keypad. The app is optional and works only within Bluetooth range. Press any key to wake the lock before connecting.
Can I create or share multiple access codes?
The lock supports up to 10 passcodes through the Tuya app. App features may vary by version, so test each new code before locking your belongings or sharing access.
What should I do if the correct code is entered but the lock will not open?
Remove pressure from the shackle, wake the lock and re-enter the full 6-digit code. If it turns green but will not open, replace both CR2032 batteries and contact support.
What batteries does the lock use, and how long do they last?
It uses two included CR2032 batteries, lasting up to 12 months under typical use. Actual life varies by usage, temperature and Bluetooth activity. Replace both when the red warning appears.
Is the lock suitable for outdoor or high-security use?
It is IP67-rated and suitable for lockers, bags, cabinets and covered outdoor use. Do not submerge it or expose it to continuous rain. Use a heavy-duty lock for high-value items.
