Since it's a 72oz blender, what's the assembled product height?

Fully assembled on the counter, the blender is 17.5 inches tall. Allow a few more inches for lifting the blender container onto/off of the base. 24 inches is certainly enough.

Will this work well, as a juicer?

The single serve cups will totally pulverize/liquify just about anything. You must add ice/liquid and you get juice and pulp unless you strain it. I would classify it as a blender that can be a passable juicer. Makes outstanding smoothies. If you just want juice, I would suggest a stand alone juicer.

Are there single serving cups (16 or 24 oz) that are compatible with this model?  It looks like they exist for a BL660, but I wasn't sure if those same nutri ninja cups would work with the NJ600.
