I see the release date is for December but if I pre order it now will I get it when it releases in the summer or will I have to wait until the winter to get it?

nintendo stated in their recent direct video that the "3ds version of smash brothers will be realeased in the summer and the home console "WII U" version is slated to be released in december.

you will get a copy during the summer but it will be the 3DS version for the 3DS handheld device

I thought that this game didn't have an ESRB rating yet?

According to the esrb it still does not, however all other super smash bros titles have recieved an E rating so the T rating given on the list here on newegg can be considered accurate

this will be an NA region copy. Please take care before purchasing this title since unlike its predecessor the DS, the 3DS and all its models are region locked(a NA region 3ds device is required to play any NA region software).
