Try to pay with paypal and it says you cant use paypal for digital downloads... well I dont even want it digitally. Anyone know where I can find the page for the physical game?

This is the page for the physical version of the game. I was also concerned about this and contacted support. I was told that the actual reason PayPal Credit is disabled, is that it's unavailable as a payment method specifically for preorders. The message that mentions it's digital software is incorrect.

Shouldn't the release date show as 12/31/14 ?

Nope. We don't know when the game will come out, only that it will come out in 2015, so they put 12/31/15. It will update once we known exactly when it will come out.
