Noctua NF-A8 5V PWM, Premium Quiet Fan with USB Power Adaptor Cable, 4-Pin, 5V Version (80mm, Brown)

Pros: 1. This fan is very quiet, even at full speed. 2. Comes with a "Y" cable to plug two fans into one 4-pin header which is perfect for my case which uses 2 of these Noctua 80mm fans to pull air through the hard drive cage. 3. Comes with 4-pin extension cable for installations where fan is far from the fan header on the motherboard or fan controller. 4. Strange brown color says "I don't care about anything other than performance" which is kind of awesome in my book. 5. Although unrelated to the product itself, the packaging is quite nice. 6. The fan itself, the cables, and accessories included all exude quality and good craftsmanship.

Cons: Seriously, none at all. Yes, it's expensive. But blissful (near) silence is worth it.

Overall Review: I would definitely recommend these fans for those who need low noise from their server or PC. My server is not confined to a server closet and must live out in the open where noisy fans would be intolerable. These have saved the day.

Overall Review: This is one of the best fans I have bought recently, very quit for the small size.

Pros: used this one for cooling my i3 6100 on the stock heatsink and this little thing is a quiet beast ! Even when it kicks in full speed its quieter than my 7200 rpm Wd Blue hdd

Cons: Yeah everyone know this color doesn't fit any build except my grandpa one and at this price you can have a full set of cooler master 120mm but still totaly worth it !

Pros: PWM on a 80mm fan is the way to go. Moves far more air than the stock fan on my OEM cooler and is quieter doing it. I like the odd colors of the fan and is a snap to install.

Pros: I've been using Noctua fans for over 10 years and have not had a single fan fail. They work and keep working no matter how hard you run them.

Pros: Very quiet, even without the low noise adapter. Since it's 4-pin PWM, my motherboard can automatically control the speed when needed.

Cons: None.

Overall Review: My case had an 80mm fan pre-installed, but it ran at full speed all the time and was very loud. I replaced it with this one and it's so much quieter, so much better. I had to remove the anti-vibration pads on one side in order to install it into the housing the original fan was in. It fits perfectly and keeps the case cool. I used the included extension cable for my (also Noctua) CPU fan, that helped with cable management.

Pros: Super super super quiet for the speed. Running at full speed, two of these are about as loud as one of the 3000rpm iPPC 140mm Noctua fans running at 50%. Yes seriously. Two of these at full speed are just a bit quieter than one server grade 140mm at 1300rpm.

Cons: The color choice, but this is only an aesthetic con, there are no technical cons. I personally like the colors as they’re an anti-RGB theme :)

Overall Review: I would rate this 6/5 if possible. Can not recommend these enough.
