Does this unit come with a nose and ear trimmer?

No - but it is by far the most superior beard trimmer I have ever owned. If you have a beard you need this item! I have tried 5 or so others, and there is not comparison..

What accessories are included with this unit?

The unit comes with brush to clean blades. Charger. An extra cover with plastic to help with large beards. Very comfortable unit, reliable accessories.

Does it work with 220 V electricity?

Yes it works on 100v to 240 volts (UK and Europe voltages) but it will need the correct pin adaptors. Also note that the charge on the unit will last at least 3/4 weeks if you use it once every day or so.
