Why does it smell during the first use?
A slight odor is normal. Just run it empty for 10–15 mins before cooking.
My air fryer won’t start, what should I do?
Make sure the basket is fully inserted and the plug is secure. If still not working, unplug and restart after 5 mins.
It says “drawer open” even when it’s closed.
Please reinsert the basket until it clicks and clean the sensor area to remove crumbs or grease.
The air fryer stopped heating.
Unplug and let it cool, then restart. If the issue continues, contact our support team through for help.
