Open Box items consist of products that have been previously opened and may have been unused or have seen minimal use before being returned. These items are inspected to ensure they are in proper working condition and may undergo minor repairs if necessary. Newegg’s Open Box products include all required accessories necessary for normal operation. However, the original retail packaging may not be included, and the item may be shipped in alternative packaging. Open Box items usually do not come with manufacturer or vendor warranty or technical support. However, warranty may be available if an item was never registered by a previous owner. Please contact the manufacturer directly to verify. Extended warranty coverage may also be available for purchase on eligible items.
