i just bought your NYKO charge base for 2 controllers , in 2 weeks i will be receiving the xbox one elite console and elite controller,, will this charger work on the new type of controller? will i have to remove the paddles from the back of the controller first or not...or does it just lay in the cradle like a normal xbox one controller? on the box is item # 86100-A50 and Bn:141811 5592

The only part of the controller that touches the base is the battery part of the controller. Don't think that you will have a problem.
