This case is a joy. I bought mine a few months back ago and I've had no problems with it. I accidentally broke a plastic pin connector off one of the CD rom screens but I was taking it out to put my CD drive in anyways so I wasn't mad about it.

Is it everything that I need to make a working computer? Sorry I'm new to this stuff.

This is a case that can hold everything you need to make a computer.  It's large enough to hold a full size AT motherboard with CPU of your choice; a water cooling system will fit too.  You need to add power supply, Disk Drives, and CD/DVD/Blue Tooth Drive(s) also.  A 200 mm fan can be added to large area located on the side and rear of the case for additional cooling.  What is nice is the switches on top that can be used to turn on or off any of the 5 fans that can be installed in this massive case, plus the 2 external USB, and the top mounted mic/headphone jack.  A great, great case with easy snap-in rails for the disk drives.

Does this case have 3.0 USB headers as well?

If I remember correctly it has one on top and that's about it. I mainly use the 3.0's I have from the mobo.

how is the cooling with this beast? i have a 6 core fx with my old case. and my temps are at 50c idle thats pretty hot. soon to be upgrading to this case. so i need to know how this case does with cooling

I currently own three (3) of these systems and do not have an issue with overheating with them.  One systems belongs to my wife who only surfs the web, emails, and does craft projects with hers.  The other two belong to my kids who play Minecraft, surf the web, email, and my son plays COD, etc.  I put the NZXT Kraken X40 in my wife's case and had to develop my own adapter out of a piece of hard plastic to make it work properly.  It cooled fine without the closed loop cooler.  I just wanted to try out the closed loop cooler.  Now my case is the Corsair Carbide Series Air 540 and I found it cools well and is easier on installing closed loop systems.

How many fans can be put into it, and at what sizes?

120's: 1 in the front, 2 in the left side (included), one in the back(included) (possibly a 140), potentially 2 in the bottom under the drive bays.

200mm: 2 in the top (1 included), 1 in the left side not included.

230mm: will also fit in the left side if you have enough clearance/dont use a large aftermarket cpu heatsink

In total: 9 potentially more if you really wanted. 4 are included.

Also the led's in this case are blue, not red like I assumed they were.

Is a Corsaid H110i 280mm liquid cooler compatible?

No. I Bought this because it said it was, and Honestly, I'm happy with the case, butt he 280MM is too big, I had to jam it in to make it work.  Go with a smaller cooler ( fine unless you want SERIOUS over clocking)  or get a more open case.

What liquid cooling system would be the best, including a cpu cooler?

I was able to get the NZXT Kraken X40 in the case after developing an adapter out of a hard piece of plastic so it would fit along the top.  I prefer the NZXT Kraken X40 due to its quiet operation.  My Corsair series coolers do great but can be a bit loud.

Question 10

Does this device have a slot for a dvd/cd reader? if so what is the compatibility and size slot

Yes it does, though I'm not entirely sure what you're asking as far as compatibility and size. It can fit any modern CD/DVD drive or Blu-Ray drive in any of the 5 slots as the sidings are adjustable from my experience.
