Will a GTX 980 fit in this?

Yeah, I think so. If i remember correctly, there was like 14 inches of clearance.... the stats i see on the GeForce GTX 980 was that it required 10.5 inches... but i would encourage you to check the stats yourself, like i did for my PC... there is a lot of room in this case. 
The most restrictive thing about this case is that there is not room for a CD/DVD/BR disk. its all download or USB installs... that was new to me... and i decided for the case despite the potential challenges. BUT I never regretted it; even though my internet at my house sucks... 
 The case was great to work with. classy. and because the all the drive-bays are sideways (not accommodating CD ROMs (etc.)), it has room for really long video cards.

Question 2

Does any know where I can find the green matching Kraken CPU cooler, I can only seem to find the red one?

The one shown in the picture on the newegg page is the NZXT Kraken x61 (in green). This water cooler has full RGB controls in the software that allow you to change the CPU cooler light to any color you wish.

I have the model right before this one NZXT Kraken x60, and it was pretty easy to match the Green to the Razer Green in the NZXT CAM Software. Its a really nice look for this case (and a top notch water cooler).

FYI, the CAM software where you make the change also gives you all sorts of stats about your PCs cooling, Fans and other components connected to the motherboard.

Do the LEDs come with the case or are they separate?

They come with the case and are super bright underneath and in the front logo but the led on the psu cage isn't to bright to shine through the tinted window but it is still noticeable

Is there an option to turn on/off the green LED's or is it on permanently after its been hooked up.

Does the front of the case feature 3 120mm fans like the non razer series of this case?

Yes there is. A little button on the back to toggle all of the LEDs except the power button. And it is the exact same format as the regular h440.

Will a CORSAIR Hydro Series H100i Extreme Performance Water/Liquid CPU Cooler. 240mm fit at the top?

Yes it will, I have an h110 that I mounted in the front of mine. Just remember that wherever you decide to place the radiator, you will only be able to fit two fans in that portion of the case. Hope this helps and good luck!

Can i use a cpu cooling fan in this?

Yes, me and my husband both having cpu cooling fans in these, they are cooler masters and the do reach about an inch for the edge of the case but i suppose it all depends on which fan you want cause there are some really bug fans out there. Case also fits pretty big video cards incase anyone was wondering.

Will a Gtx 980ti with 3 fans fill in this?, Im talking about the Gtx 980 ti Strix from Asus

Yes it will fit, but you will have to remove a couple Hard Drive cages.  According to ASUS' website, the 980ti Strix is 12 inches long.  NZXT's site says the H440 Razer edition will fit a graphics card that is 15.992126 inches with the HDD cages removed.  With all of the cages in it will hold a graphics card that is 11.5748 inches long.  There are several HDD cages so unless you're planning on putting several HDD's in you should be fine removing a few so it fits.  I have 2 GTX 980's in my case and I took out a few of the cages, it works fine.

Will this hold an ASUS SABERTOOTH Z97 MARK1 LGA 1150 Intel Z97 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard?

It should fit perfectly, I got an extended atx rampage extreme IV and I had to take out the rubber cable pass add-ons but it looks great so if you get an atx mother board it should look like it was meant to.

Any standard PSU will fit assuming it has the universal 4-screw mounting system. I would say confidently yes, even though I didn't measure it out and look at the back of your PSU.
