Question 1

Is the fan hole on the bottom of the case (Where the PSU goes) centered or off to the side? This will determine which Power Supply I will buy.

It appears to be fairly centered to the back plate at the bottom of the case.  We mounted a Corsair HX 750-watt PS without difficulty.  There's about 5/8" on each side but the PS does mount flush against the MB mounting plate.  The Vulcan is a fairly narrow case, but this shouldn't be an issue as long as you use an ATX PS.  ATX PS's have a standard mounting configuration, with similar height and width dimensions.  However, the length varies between PS's.  With the HX 750 (a moderately large PS at 5.9"(W) x 3.4"(H) x 7.09"(L)), we still have over 4" of empty space in front to the HDD cage.  You'll want to keep a couple of inches open for the PS power cables, though.  BTW, one of my other PC's (different ATX case) has a Corsair AXi 860-watt, and it's 5.9"(W) x 3.4"(H) x 6.3"(L), which is actually shorter than the HX 750.  I would not advise using a non-ATX PS in this, or any ATX case.  Just my 2 cents.  In other words, any ATX PS will fit the Vulcan unless it's a really, really long PS.  If you use a non-ATX PS, it probably won't fit at all.  At the very least, you'd have to re-drill mounting holes, etc.  And if you're trying to put something other than cables or something wider than 1/2" on the side of the PS, I'd look for a wider case. i need to purchase 4 of these. I need to know if there is any way to add some "orange" to this. Like paint or something even some suttle stripes. This will match the companies corporate identity.

Well, the front of the case is plastic and the two detachable sides are steel, so I don't see why you couldn't paint on or otherwise attach stripes or other orange accents to the side. The orange accents included with the case only really stand out when the room is pitch black, otherwise they are quite muted, so if you want to add other orange accents, I'd recommend that they be more subtle as well. Also, each one of these units can have at least one (maybe two?) additional fan and it might be able to have an orange light installed with it like the two that are included, although I'm not sure on that point. I really like this case overall, just be aware that it's kind of a tight fit in some aspects, and the holes in the top for the handle are too small, so you'll either need to force the screws through (which is what I did) or re-drill the holes with an appropriate drill bit. Can you change the color of the led on the front panel of the case?

I'm sure with a little bit of modding it'd be easy as pie, but I haven't looked into it yet. There's no more than three diodes.

What size motherboards will this case accept?  Are there any features that make this rugged?

MicroATX or mATX is all that it takes, I think. It's certainly the most commonly used form factor and I would recommend it. The case is rugged enough for moving between a few places and being transported outside or around other people, as I easily carry it around with one hand using the handle. It's never failed me or shown any signs of wear in six months.

How big is the fan?

The side of the case claims to support a single 200mm fan.  Be warned the Coolermaster fan I purchased would not align to the screw holes.  Presumably an NZXT fan would fit.

I'm happy with the case anyway, since I"m just using it as a streaming media box.

Hey I have this 700W PSU (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817703009) from my old rig still working fine. I wanted to know if the Vulcan can fit this guy? I noticed there are PSU's labelled as mATX, but mine is just labelled ATX, although I have noticed others have made builds in the Vulcan using ATX PSUs. Anyone owning the box know the rough dimensions of the PSU area? Or its size w/r/t a regular mid tower case's PSU region? Thanks!

This will support a standard ATX power supply. You really only have to worry about power supply fitting on ITX chassis.

Can you use a 240mm cm seiden water cooler on the top??

I would say yes... other 240mm's fit fine... it is a BIG Case..!!

What is the perimeter of the opening of the side of the case. i want to get a light strip for the whole interior. Can someone please give me the perimeter of the side opening? thanks

The opening is 16" x 13-3/8" which would give a perimeter of 58-3/4"
