Will this fit a ryzen 5 5600x and does it have a custom screen that i can put a gif on?

It depends on the mobo not the cpu, but generally yes it should fit and to get a custom screen you have to buy one of the z series so not this one.

Will this fit the new Intel LGA 1200 sockets on Z509 motherboards?

Yes, it will fit the 1200 socket. I have just installed one yesterday. Use the 115x bracket for the 1200

I want to switch to AM4 from LGA 1151, Do I need to get a bracket for it?

It comes with everything you need. You can refer to the manufacturers product page link at the bottom of this page. From there you can download the spec sheet.

If you mount hard drives to the front do you lose the front fans?

You can mount the radiator just below the HDDs only if your case has enough room for it.
