Do yo need to use thermal paste?  This is the first time I have used a liquid cooling system and I don't see any reference to thermal paste application

most of the all in one liquid cooling units come with pre aplied thermal paste including this one, the process is almost the same as  an air cooler, if there is no previous thermal paste, just install it with the pre aplied stuff and if you dont want to use the preaplied that comes with it, juts wipe it off and apply any thermal paste you want.

short answer: no, you dont see reference to thermal paste application because it comes with preaplied thermal paste.

Does this model have the LED that can change colors?

Yes it does(in the water block), it is changeable with their CAM software which also shows temps, usage and fan speeds of your cpu, gpu and the liquid. as well as the ability to change the colors from 1 color to alternating colors to blinking of 1 color to the led being off. hope this helps!

Does this cooler use a USB 2.0 or USB 3.0 connector for the software?

does this cooler include enough long bolts to use in a push pull config. or does it only include 4 long bolts for the 1 included fan?

I recently purchased this product installing it in a push/pull config.  It came with 8 long screws to mount my fans, was pleased to see that.

If I had to move my PC (take it to school with me) would I have to worry about leakage? 
Also would I be able to use a BitFenix spectre pro for some extra case lighting?

As far as your question about leaking, no, you'd be fine. Everything is sealed, so nothing should leak. I move mine around regularly with no issues. And regarding the fans, of course. Any 140mm fans will work. The led's may misbehave though, because of the varying power being sent to them as the speed ramps up and slows down. I have a friend with a couple of sikleflows in his case, and they dim and then flash if the fan rpm is too low. I'd recommend getting an led strip or cold cathode kit for case lighting. Led fans aren't ideal unless you run them at full speed all the time.

You can custom the lights to any color, solid or flashing.  You can also set colors for temperatures.  The lights are on the heatsink.  No lights on the fan.

Can the led be green to match the h440 razer case lighting?

Yes, through the Nzxt CAM software you change to any color or have it cycle colors.

Can this fit into a NZXT H440?

Yes I have it in mine. You can put it on the rear exhaust spot or the top front spot. I have it on the top spot with hoses coming out towards the front and was able to fit a 120 mm fan next to it still.

Would this fit in the S340 case?

It would need to mount to a 140mm fan slot which would either have to be on the top or the front according to the case specs. The rear exhaust is only 120mm it looks like. I found a video on youtube showing an X61 installed in this case.

Question 10

Will this fit into THE REAR of my Enthoo EVOLV? I need a better way to cool my i7 and my current air cooler is not cutting it.

Yes it will, the fan and radiator size is 120mm, but I believe it might be better if you put it on the front as the pipes are a bit long

don't worry about temperature, as I have mine on the front also and it made no changes whether I put it on the front or back
