If I changed the stock fans to TT Riing RGB premium edition fans, which come with their own controller and software, will there still be any use for NZXT's CAM software?

So you'll still need the CAM software in order to adjust the performance of the liquid cooling on the Kraken and the RGB elements on it. I did what you did, but I got the NZXT AER RGB fans with Hue+ and added those fans on the radiator. CAM controls them all which is nice (when it works).

Can you change out the fans to lower the thickness of the x62?

I mean you can always change fans...it's interchangeable with any pair of 140 mm fans. It does come with those two nzxt fans from the manufacturer  and you can't change that, but if u have fans with a slimmer profile, yeah. I already swapped mine out for 2 corsair magnetic levitation fans. Works the a bit better with the corsair fans...

How thick is the radiator? I was thinking about getting a case that only supports radiator thickness of 144mm.

Radiator: 315 x 143 x 30mm, not including fan height.

Keep in mind this is a 280mm radiator, it is significantly taller than the x52 which is 240mm. I ran into this issue with my NZXT S340 Elite case and had to modify parts of my case to fit it in. Just as a reference point for yoy

Are these fans optimal for a radiator? The picture doesnt look like static pressure fans if they arnt should i swap them out for SP fans??

Yes, the fans included with the radiator are made for SP, and are high quality. They can be configured in any way, I use them in a push/pull configuration, which would put the most stress on the fans, and they run like champs. I had thought of upgrading them before I received the rad, as i did the rest of the fans in my NZXT case, but it is absolutely unnecessary. NZXT knows whats up

Does anyone else's X62 pump make a weird noise at max speed? Also, under real load (AIDA64 or Handbrake) what temps are you guys getting? 
My Liquid temps are 38C and CPU peaks at 88C under load... strange.

My pump diesnt make any noise that I can hear. I have a fractal R5 which is a pretty quiet case. Those temps are high at stock settings if you ask me. If I was you I would change the thermal paste, especially if you used the paste that came in the block. Then if it's still high I would put in for an RMA. I have a friend who's X52 pump just died after 2 months. I hear these things can be hit and miss. Mine performs well with no problems. I have an i6700k at 1.232 volts that runs 60C on high load with prime.

Would this mount to a AM4 Motherboard?

Technically speaking NO. NZXT will ship the new bracket for qualified customers for FREE to everyone on March 15th. You submit a ticket to them selecting the AM4 Bracket and uploading a screenshot of your proof of purchase like an invoice for the AM4 motherboard you bought and Kraken AIO. I did this and now patiently waiting for the bracket.

Question 9

Can this fit in a Corsair 780T case on the top mount? NZXT's website is running slow and I cannot verify from their provided docs. I'm pretty sure it can since the case supports 2 140mm fans and the NZXT X61, so just want to double check.

I think it will work if you put your fans in pull config on the very top above the case and the rad inside the case on top. I'm not 100% sure about this but spent a few minutes googling your case and the x62. In order to fit the rad in the top below the grill and not "under" the top in the case the rad has to be 2.5cm and the x62 rad is 3cm. You may be able to put the fans in push inside under the rad but it seems they may conflict with the optical drive bays. Regardless push or pull usually net very similar results in cooling and I think pull if anything works slightly better. I would check it out myself, read up on specs, but I'm pretty sure you're safe with that 280mm rad up top.

How many fan headers does this require?

The two fans connect to the pump and the pump connects to the CPU fan header, so one but you could control the fans independently if you wanted as well. It also uses a USB 2 to control the curves and lighting, which isn't the most reliable on the software side.
