Will this work in an x4 lane?

the bios (inside the RevoDrive) will detect the lane that its connected to, and set itself up automatically to x4 or x8 mode, I recorded about half the performance out of a x4 lane, as opposed to a x8 lane. But I have since changes motherboards to a Z97 Classified, so I can dual SLI and have an extra x8 lane, so I can't really rerun the tests anymore.

Can you use Windows 8 UEFI Secure Boot with is drive?

No, does not support UEFI Secure Boot & supposedly unlikely that it will support it in the future.  Check out the tech forum on OCZ's web site.

Am I able to fit this in with two radeon Fury X's, on a Asus formula ASUS Crosshair V Formula?Z ROG?

If you're using the top two PCIe x16 slots for the video cards, and the cards aren't larger than two slots each, then it appears the drive will fit into either of the lower two PCIe slots on the board. I would check with the MOBO manufacturer and see if you can download the manual before purchasing. You need to be sure that the PCIe slots will operate at the needed x8 bandwidth for the OCZ drive. In my case, with a different MOBO, the PCIe slots behaved differently depending on how the other slots were used, and if certain additional peripherals were in use (ie: onboard wireless and bluetooth).

Can this be used for the host OS?

Per the User Guide, Yes. You can use the drive as a boot device or as a storage device. However, Linux is not supported at this time. See the user guide on the OCZ website for more information.
