- SELF-INFLATING FOAM WITH FOOT-PUMP TOP-UP: Open the inflation valve and allow the foam to expand, then use the built-in foot pump to add air and adjust firmness. No separate pump or mouth inflation is needed. Initial expansion may take longer after compressed storage; allow time for the foam to recover before adjusting the pad for sleep.
- ONE-WAY DEFLATION FOR CONTROLLED PACKING: The one-way deflation valve helps keep air from flowing back in as you compress and roll the pad. Press out the remaining air gradually, secure the rolled mattress, and place it in the included carry bag. Foam pads require compression during packing, so allow time to roll yours down before storing it.
