You need to enable XMP profile if you are on Intel platform in BIOS. If you are on AMD I believe it is called X-AMP in BIOS. that will get you to 3200Mhz

I installed the OLOy 32GB into an ASRock X570 motherboard with a Ryzen 5 3600 CPU and it works fine.  I did have to change one default setting so all 32 GB were active.

The height of the entire module, form connectors to top of heat spreader is just under 4 cm.  I'm not sure how that will relate to installed height over the RAM slot.

OLOy isn't on AsRock's QVL list, is anyone sure this RAM will work with the AsRock pro4?

I'm using an ASROCK b450 fatality ITX board with this ram and it's working great.  enabled XMP in the BIOS and it immediately recognized the 3200 and cas16.
