The electric blanket is half hot and the other half cold. How is this possible?
Common causes: folded areas blocking heating wires or loose connections. Fix: Lay the blanket flat, unplug blanket and controller for 30 seconds, reattach controller firmly (until it clicks), then test on high heat for 10-15 minutes.
Why is the electric blanket’s thermostat light flashing and the blanket not heating?
Try this quick fix:
Unplug the controller from both the blanket and the power outlet.
Wait at least 60 seconds.
Reconnect securely—first to the blanket, then to the outlet.
See if the indicator light stabilizes and heating resumes!
Electric blanket not heating up upon arrival?
No worries! Our blanket features a safety-controlled gradual warm-up (3-8 mins) and adapts to room temperature, so heat builds slowly.
Quick fix: Lay it flat, set to the highest heat level, and wait 8-10 mins—warmth will kick in shortly!
