does this  have a retractable cord?  have you been really happy with it?  What don't you like bout it?

No retractable cord it just winds up along the side. I really love this little vacuum its small powerful and easy to maneuver..... The only thing I can think of about it I don't like is that it does not stand on its own you have to set it down or lean it against the wall or even hang it up on the wall mount holder when you are done. I guess if it did stand up on its own it would be clunkier and I like it for what it is .... We are going on 1 year with this thing and it has held up well use it everyday nothing is broken and still full power. I'd buy another if it ever brakes.

Question 2

It says this item comes with the detachable dust away. Does it include the microfiber pad that goes with it or do you have to purchase that also?

It comes with a pad that goes on the bottom of the attachment (looks like a regular vacuum without the Brian roller). It picks up dust as you vacuum, pretty cool. If this was cordless it'd be the best vacuum I've had. It beards weighs anything. Suction is fantastic.

Does this work on both carpet and wood flooring?

It has different attachments, one specifically for cleaning hardwoods.  I have not used that attachment but without switching to a different attachment it works OK on hardwood and tile.  Some stuff it seems to toss around the room rather than actually pickup.  On carpet it work really well.

Does the vacuum come with the accessories shown in the photo? Specifically the MOTORIZED hand tool and the dust mop attachment with the microfiber pad?

Please let me say first that until we got this machine we were using an Oreck.  My wife loved it.  So when this vacuum arrived she was a little upset with me for ordering it without her knowledge.  Assembly was a snap.  It came with all the parts you see i.e. a crevas  tool, the dust mop attachment, a small floor attachment, a brush tool all in a draw string bag.  I think the "motorized hand tool that you are asking about is the motor and bag less dust collector.  The motor assembly disconnects from the long pole pipe and reattaches to the main vacuum head and all the attachments.  I promise you that you will not believe the the amount of dust and junk you will remove from your carpet every time you use it.  I really reccomend that you buy it.

Sorry to say but this is not a wireless machine.  For some reason they don't show the cord.  If you want my opinion even with a cored this is a great vacuum.  The cord is extra long and never knots up for me.

It is relatively quiet. I can't say enough good things about this vacuum. It is the best one I have ever owned.

It weighs about 14 pounds..its very movable around things..the down about it is the 14 pounds is at the top were motor is so have to lean on something but overall I'd buy another it works great

I am not aware of any belts being used on this vacuum cleaner.  I have not replaced any.  I checked the manual and it does not mention it at all and it is not in the parts list.  You could check the website
