Does it works with Android?

Hi, this USB 3.0 hub works with any USB device, including Android, iPhone, wireless mouse/keyboard combos, anything.  It provides power if you plug it into the wall, which is a requirement to run USB dongles for Bluetooth devices (wireless keyboard/mouse/earphones, etc), or to charge any phones or other cordless devices (universal remote controllers, tablets, portable batteries and chargers, etc).

I use this to provide power to an Amazon Firestick on my HD TV (via the Firestick USB power cable), one Logitech Wireless keyboard/mouse combo USB dongle, and to connect up a UPS unit and one USB hard drive to the Windows 8 laptop I keep permanently attached to my HD TV.  I have used it to charge my Android phone (Galaxy S8) on occasion, as well as my wife's iPhone 7, so I know that it works for all these purposes, and it has worked flawlessly so far.

One note - it has a bright blue LED glow, which is part of the "cool factor" of this transparent case... but I've placed a black washcloth over it to eliminate this glow, because it is extremely bright and not what I need next to my TV as I'm watching movies and shows in a low-light room.  So be warned, if you like bright blue LED lighting, you'll love this thing.  But if you want to use it in a bedroom or anyplace you might want full darkness, this thing will light up the whole room.  If properly focused, it could probably take satellites out of orbit.  Yes, that bright.  But a small piece of cloth, an old sock, a washcloth or rag is all you need to mute or eliminate the glow, so this is not a reason to avoid this very nice USB 3.0 hub.

I do highly recommend it, and find the price to be one of the lowest for USB 3.0 4-port hubs out there anywhere.

Question 2

does this unit have a wall wart power supply included in the purchase and if so can it be plugged in at the same time it is plugged into my computer usb 3.0 port?

The USB 3 hub includes a port for input power does not include any 120V wall wart power adapter. It really should, but at this price I understand why it doesn't. I had a couple lying around and was able to supply the hub with power from a standard USB wall wart/adapter and run a wireless keyboard and mouse USB dongle (which requires a powered USB port), along with other USB devices like my UPS unit. So it definitely works as described, once you supply power to it.
