This touch desk lamp has 4 brightness levels (off, low, medium and high), you only need to touch it a few times.
Q2: If the lamp is off, will the USB port and socket work?
Yes, as long as the lamp is connected to the socket, the USB port and the socket will not be affected whether the lamp is turned on or not.
