The watch band pins won’t come out or go back in.
This usually happens due to wrong pin direction. Remove pins following the arrow on the band; re-insert the smooth rounded pin head from the side opposite the arrow. Please check our instruction video.
The band does not fit my Apple Watch.
Two size options available:
• 38mm/40mm/41mm/42mm (Series 11,10)
• 44mm/45mm/46mm/49mm/42mm (Series 3,2,1)
