How to Assemble the Balloon Arch Kit:
1. Insert the white PVC pipe into the base. Fill the water bag with water and place it on the base.
2. Inflate the balloons with provided pump and use a knotter to tie the balloons
3. Attach the balloon knot to the clips
4. Place the balloon clips on the fiber glass rods
5. Once all the balloon clips are inserted into the fiber glass rods, connect both ends of the fiber rods with the PVC pipe attached to the water base.
6. Adjust the balloon arch height and width as per your requirement.
Notice:
This balloon pump will only fill the balloons with air, NOT helium or hydrogen.
