Safety first! This product meets US toy safety standards (ASTM F963) for ages 3+. Adult supervision is advised. Do not bite or chew, as damaged skin may cause a choking hazard. Designed for squeezing only!
I noticed a slight odor when I first opened the package. Is this normal?
Yes, a mild "new TPR" odor is normal due to sealed storage. Simply place the cube in a well-ventilated area for 24–72 hours, and the odor will naturally dissipate. It does not affect safety or function.
My cube feels firmer or softer than expected. Why is that?
Our cubes use a maltose-based filling, so firmness varies with temperature. It will feel firmer in cold weather and softer in warm environments. If it arrives firm, just leave it at room temperature for a while to regain its perfect, squishy texture!
How can I make sure the stress cube lasts a long time?
To enjoy your cube longer: 1. Squeeze only—avoid aggressive pulling, twisting, or overstretching. 2. Keep away from sharp objects and long nails. 3. Stop use immediately if you notice any leaks or cracks.
