Generally, for flights with a duration of 5 hours or more, the airplane travel pillow can be used.
Does it work on budget airlines without headrests?
This travel pillow does not work for the airline without headrests. However, We’ve now launched an upgraded travel pillow, compatible with all airplane seats — whether or not they come with a headrest. Visit our brand store to explore more versions.
Why doesn’t the eye mask have Velcro, or why doesn’t the Velcro stick?
The Velcro is covered by a protective fabric layer for shipping. Please peel off the protective layer before use. Once removed, the Velcro will be ready to stick and securely fasten the eye mask.
How do I use this Travel Pillow? Is this washable?
1. Secure the two straps around the headrest of the airplane.
2. Attach the eye mask onto the pillow.
The travel pillow kit is washable. We suggest hand wash in water below 40°C. Let it dry naturally, do not use a tumble dryer, thanks
What should I do if the eye mask gets wrinkled?
Simply use an iron or a garment steamer to gently smooth it out, and it will return to its original shape.
