How long do batteries last on Bitzee?
Bitzee can last between 5-7 hours on a single battery use.
If I change the batteries, will I need to start from the beginning?
No, Bitzee will save your progress/play history. Please ensure that the case is closed while changing the batteries so you won’t lose your progress.
I’ve collected all 15 characters, what do I do now? Does the play end?
There are still many things you can do after collecting all 15 pets! You’ll still have to nurture/take care of your pets and each Super Bitzee has a unique game to play!
Why did my Bitzee drive out of my pod and how do I get it back?
Bitzee can leave the case if their needs messages are ignored. Don’t worry, you can coax it back with their favourite treat!
Does Bitzee interact with other devices?
No, Bitzee does not interact/work with other devices.
How can I film my Bitzee?
For best results showing Bitzee on camera, film the toy in a well-lit room using a video recording app on your mobile device that allows the user to change the frame rate. Bitzee has a frame rate of 24FPS (frames per second). The Bitzee display will flicker slightly, similar to the in-person play experience.
What do I do if the flexible display on my Bitzee is moving but there is no image?
If your character is hovering in space and not displaying the image properly, there are a few troubleshooting steps to fix the issue.
- You can often fix the issue by tapping or pressing down on the flexible display.
- Closing the case for a few minutes can also help bring the character back to a lower position.
- If tapping the flexible display or closing the case does not fix the issue, wait 10 seconds for your toy to turn off while open and inspect the flexible display to confirm that it is straight.
- If the display has been crinkled or pinched, try to bring it back to its original flat and level state.
- Please ensure that the flexible display is being carefully handled to avoid any damage.
