How durable is the toy? Can it be used for rough play?
Unlike similar wands, our product is reinforced with PC materials for extra impact resistance. However, the product is designed for gentle sensory play. As with all toys, it should not be thrown or hit against a hard surface to avoid breakage.
Why does the toy sometimes not spin or light up properly?
The toy requires fresh batteries and correct installation to work properly. Spinning and lights may slow or stop if batteries are weak or incorrectly fitted. Please check battery power and orientation before use.
Is this toy suitable for gifting or children with special needs?
Yes! Like all LoveHugs toys, the product is suitable for children with special needs. It is fully safety tested to US ASTM standards. It ships in protective packaging, not a gift box. Please check dimensions before purchase.
Does the toy have multiple songs or volume control?
The toy plays one built-in calming musical melody and does not have volume control. Sound level is fixed by design.
Do batteries come included, and do I need tools to open it?
Batteries are not included. The battery compartment is secured with a small safety screw and requires a small screwdriver to open. This is intentional for child safety. The product takes 3 times AA batteries.
