3M 02600 4-1/2" x 5-1/2" Microfine Softback Sanding Sponge sands hard-to-reach areas on cars, trucks and vans like headlight openings, door handles, door jams, and other locations. The soft, flexible foam backing will conform to any profile or shape on a vehicle. It is more flexible than conventional paper backed sandpaper. The sponges are coated with long-lasting aluminum oxide abrasive. The product features a waterproof bonding system, which allows both wet and dry sanding applications. These sponges are versatile working on many surface materials. These sponges work great for sanding wood, metal, fiberglass, plastic, gel coats and marine paints.

It is also great for eliminating finger marks. This products microfine ranges from grade 1200 to 1500.
