How long does it take for my pet to learn with these training mats?
The pad is effective for training, most pets can leam right after the first use. Please use "STATIC+TONE" mode for initial training.
What is the reason that my dog/cat sits on the mat without receiving any electric shock?
Some pet can tolerate the shock, the mat has safety feature that it will be dormant after giving continuous shock, use STATIC+TONE for initial training and follow the "Tips for Training" in user manual.
