For best feeding performance, use dry pet food between 3–10 mm (0.12–0.39 in) in diameter. Avoid wet food, freeze-dried chunks, or oversized and irregularly shaped pieces, as they may not dispense properly.
What Wi-Fi network does the feeder support?
The feeder supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi only. Before pairing, make sure your phone is connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. 5 GHz-only networks are not supported.
How much food is dispensed in each portion?
The actual amount of food per portion may vary depending on the size, shape, and density of the kibble. We recommend testing several portions with your pet's regular food before setting the daily feeding schedule.
How often should I replace the desiccant?
Replace the desiccant approximately every 2 months in normal dry conditions. In humid environments, we recommend replacing it every 30–45 days, or more frequently during prolonged high humidity.
Can I wash the feeder with water?
The removable food container and stainless steel bowl can be cleaned separately. Do not immerse or rinse the main unit directly with water. Wipe the main unit with a soft, slightly damp cloth and keep the electrical components dry.
