Yes, the dog shower attachment comes with bathtub diverter, it is perfect for tub spout with pull-end, but please make sure that your bathtub spout has pull-end and tub faucet height from top diverter to outlet mouth at 2.2"-- 3.15" max,tub spout mouth width at 2" max

4.Will this work on a deep sink faucet?
If your sink facuet of outer is standard size(G1/2), the tub hose attachment could connect your sink directly, otherwise,you need a faucet aerator to use it.
