Liquid leaks but no bubbles come out?
For better bubbles, use high-concentration solution or ready-to-use bubble liquid.
We recommend our store's concentrated solution for best results. Mix 20ml concentrate with 160ml water (ratio 1:8).
Note: Homemade solution won't work well.
Why does the bubble machine stop working?
Keep your bubble machine dry: Wipe it down right after use. Please don't rinse the inside with water. This protects the parts inside.
Store it properly: Keep it in a dry place indoors. Good care helps your bubble machine last longer.
