These highly-absorbent, sweat-wicking bra liners come four to a package, and each one is a different elegant color. The 100% Organic Cotton Bra Liner is held in place by the tension of the bra or the weight of the breasts without tags, outward facing seems, or pointed edges. It will dramatically reduce discomfort and chaffing, and make wearing bras a far more comfortable experience.

The Bra Liner, end to end, should go from underarm to underarm. To determine which size you need, measure the distance between your arms going beneath the breasts. This should be essentially half of your bra size.
After measuring the distance from underarm to underarm, find the corresponding size in our sizing chart. It's best to round down for a more comfortable fit. Note that the middle of the Bra Liner comes up between the breasts.
