Very small offset (a few mV) and no shift
Very often they have had large 0 offsets and drifting because the chassis hasn't been isolated properly. This particular brand performed almost PERFECTLY. very small offset (a few mV) and no shift, when chassis is connected to ground. on 4 out of 4 samples. Well done

Q: Description looks like output can be either 0-5V or 0.5-4.5V, how is this selected?
Answer: 0.5 is 0psi 4.5 is the maximum (80psi) and is a linear curve .
The setting on my equipment is 0.5 to 3.5 and i just adjust the maximum to 3.5*80/4.5.
the wiring is red 5v, black 0v and the green is the sensor output(0.5v to 4.5v) hope this could help you.
