Two spot welding modes are available.
- 1. Automatic Mode (Auto Mode / Mode)
Efficient and effortless: Automatic spot welding when both pens touch the material, no need for manual switches/foot pedals.
Increased production: Suitable for large-scale repetitive spot welding, operators can focus on positioning while welding is performed automatically.
Reduced fatigue: No need to repeatedly operate switches/foot pedals during long periods of use.
Smooth process: Continuous and rapid welding for greater smoothness.
Greater precision (with jigs): Jigs ensure consistent pressure and timing for each weld.
- 2. Foot Pedal Mode
Precise timing control: The foot pedal precisely controls the timing of spot welding, allowing both hands to focus on positioning and holding the spot welding pen.
High adaptability: Suitable for complex positions, requiring posture adjustments, or manual positioning assistance.
Safe distance: The body (especially the head/upper body) can remain away from the weld point (to avoid sparks/for observation).
Prevents accidental activation: Lightly touch the battery during positioning; accidental welding will not occur if the pedal is not pressed.
Familiar operation: Operators accustomed to foot pedal switches find it easier to use.
- Recommendations
Need speed and repetitive tasks? Choose automatic mode.
Complex batteries, multiple locations, and precise timing required? Choose pedal mode.
Unique technology: Continuous spot welding count
- Double the efficiency, stay ahead of the curve: Eliminate the cumbersome steps of lifting and repositioning the soldering pen, completing two welds in an instant. Especially suitable for applications requiring dense dual weld points or rapid connections (such as precision electronic components, battery connectors, and small metal parts), significantly enhancing your production efficiency.
- Precise positioning, consistent weld points: The soldering pen remains stationary, ensuring absolute precision and consistency in the positioning of both weld points, eliminating deviations caused by repositioning. This is critical for high-standard processes requiring uniform weld height and strictly symmetrical positioning (such as high-end battery assembly and precision instrument welding).
- Smoother operation, easier experience: Simplified operation steps reduce fatigue caused by repetitive actions, making the welding process smoother and more user-friendly, especially suitable for long-term, large-scale welding operations.
- Exclusive technology: Currently, this key technology for enhancing precision welding efficiency and accuracy is uniquely ours. It represents our technical leadership in spot welding and our deep understanding of user needs.
- Helpful hint:
The continuous spot welding function releases powerful welding energy but also results in relatively high instantaneous power consumption. This is a physical characteristic that enables efficient and precise welding. We recommend that you flexibly enable this function in the most critical stages of the process based on the actual material thickness and process requirements (refer to the illustrated parameters) to maximize its value.
1. Battery:
- This is the core application area of spot welding machines and is emphasized in the illustration on the left side of the image.
- It is particularly suitable for precision and secure spot welding connections of battery terminals (metal plates for positive and negative poles), connecting plates (connecting individual batteries or battery packs), and conductive connection points within battery packs during battery manufacturing, assembly, and maintenance processes.
- Common applications include: lithium-ion battery packs (e.g., electric vehicle batteries, power tool batteries, 3C electronic product batteries), nickel-metal hydride battery packs, etc.
2. Wide applicability (Suitable):
- Electronic component connections
- Metal mesh plate connections
- Small hardware manufacturing
- Metal housing assembly (such as distribution boxes, control boxes)
- Wire termination (such as connector terminals)
- And other thin metal connection scenarios requiring efficient and secure spot welding.
