Keep the scale horizontal Whether starting or using .keep maintaining the weighing balance and then read the data.
How to set the target value?
Press U/SET for longer time to start target value setting .you can short press the two button to change the target value,at last press U/SET for longer time to finish target value setting.the LCD wii display red value when over weight.
Does the weight stay on the scale after putting the suitcase down or only when holding it?
The data will be remained after holding your luggage a few seconds.
Why won't it turn on or display LO or Err ?
Err means the load is beyond the MAX weight capacity. It won't turn on or display LO means the battery might lose its charge,we suggest you replace a new battery,if that won't help .please let us know and we will offer a satisfying solution.
