Sylvania 54237 50w 12v MR16 IR WFL60 True-Aim IR Halogen bulb

The Sylvania TRU-AIM IR 50MR16/IR/WFL60/C (item number 54237) is a 50W 12V low-voltage tungsten halogen MR16 reflector lamp with an infrared reflective coating on the capsule. It uses a GU5.3 bi-pin base, produces a 60 wide flood beam at 1430 centerbeam candlepower, and delivers 3000K light at CRI 100 with an average rated life of 5,000 hours. A UV-control capsule combined with the IR coating eliminates UV-B and UV-C radiation, and the hard coated dichroic reflector holds its color point across the life of the lamp rather than shifting. An axial filament produces an exceptionally smooth beam pattern, and the lamp is supplied with a clear cover glass for use in unshielded fixtures. Maximum overall length is 1.750 in with a 2 in reflector diameter. Note that 50W TRU-AIM IR lamps require good ventilation at the lamp neck and are not a direct replacement for a standard 50W MR16. Confirm the beam angle, base, transformer capacity, and fixture ventilation before ordering.
