If the product is not working properly, please troubleshoot it in the following way:
1. Check if the filling port at the bottom of the product is deformed
2. Check if the lighter can be filled with butane gas normally
3. Check if there is still gas in the butane tank
4. Check for air leakage in the lighter
5. Check the position of the gas regulating valve and increase the outlet size appropriately
6. Check whether the gas is released normally after pressing, and whether the piezoelectric ceramic generates sparks normally

Release the air inside the lighter
Use the narrowest end of the cross adjustment plate to insert the lighter filling valve, and press 3-5 times to release the air inside the lighter, which is conducive to subsequent filling of butane.

1.Use universal tip butane fuel for perfect filling.
2.Invert the lighter and press outlet nozzle of butane canister against lighter tank portin center of the adjustment valve. Both lighterand butane canister should be vertical.
3.Press the butane canister down firmly and release pressure several times to fill lighter, Once full, let the lighter sit for [3] minutes before use.

Open the lid of the lighter and press to ignite. >>>Warning and Tips :
1. Keep away from face and clothing when igniting.
2. Be sure the flame is out after use.
3. Do not touch the head position immediately after use. (high temperature).
4. Do not ignite for more than 10 seconds to avoid burns and scalds.
