Our cold smoke generator can quickly and easily complete the fumigation of food. By burning fuel, a large amount of smoke is generated in the combustion tube. After cooling and cleaning the smoke in the cooling tube for a short time, the smoke outlet releases a large amount of cooled, clean, powder-free, and oil-free smoke, which is convenient for smoking food in an airtight barbecue furnace.

The water and oil flowing out of the intercooled smoke generator during use evaporate the moisture and dirt of the fuel itself after burning it.
If the fuel is too wet, it will cause a large amount of water and oil to be generated, which will extinguish the combustion of the fuel in the fuel bin and inhibit the use of the machine. It is recommended to dry the wet fuel in the sun before use.
The placement of fuel is not easily too compact, leaving some gaps will produce higher quality smoke.
