Any issues with connecting this to a PC via HDMI port?  Last TV I bought refused to accept PC input via HDMI.

I'm currently using an LG 1080p LED tv as my PC monitor. I have owned 2 of the TLC brand tv and I'll never buy another brand again as long as they keep making TV's. The LG was a more expensive tv and the TLC brand blows it away in every way. it has more connections, it has better connections, it has better speakers, etc. So yes, this TV will make an excellent PC monitor

Does this TV come bluetooth enabled?

I'm not 100% certain, I really don't use Bluetooth too much.  It has Screen Mirroring for displaying what is on your smart phone, iPhone or Laptop/PC.  So this is most likely Bluetooth connection.

so which HDR does this tv support, HDR-10 or Dolby Vision? perhaps neither but their own hdr format??

HDR-10 only, they have other sets that support Dolby Vision.   Check their website.

Is there a specific mount sepc I need?

as far as I know, any generic mount for your size will fit just fine. Just be careful it's not too close to the wall, there's a lot going on back there

What's the latency on this TV? Is there a game mode?

There is a game mode, I think the latency is 17ms, I think it's the lowest latency 4k tv available.  I play rock band on it and there is no perceptible lag.

I may just have missed it, but what is the refresh rate?
